Hot Stone Massage
Melt away aches and pains with a soothing massage
incorporated with hot stones. Benefits are the same
as a Swedish massage, but the heat of the stones allows
the muscle tissue to soften so that the practitioner
can more effectively treat any trigger points that
may be present.

Pregnancy Massage
Massage during pregnancy differs from a regular massage
mainly in the positioning which is critical to the safety of
both the mother and the baby. Benefits include: reducing
stress in general; relief from muscle cramps, spasms, and
pain especially in the lower back, neck, hips, and legs;
increase in blood and lymph circulation, which can reduce
swelling; reduces stress on weight bearing joints; along
with providing support for the new mother who is
experiencing the physical and emotional strains of
pending motherhood.

Migraine/Headache Maintenance
Massage Therapy can decrease the occurance of headaches,
sleep disturbances and distress symptoms and increase serotonin
levels in adults who have migraine headaches.
This treatment will include working on your back, shoulders, and neck region,
and in some cases, your face and scalp. Moderate to deep pressure
will be used to relieve the muscles that are causing the headaches.
You will leave with a feeling of a weight being lifted from
your shoulders.

Reiki
Reiki translates as "Universal Life Force Energy"
which brings healing to the whole person. The
person remains clothed and the practitioner uses
light pressure on the body or keeps their hands
slightly above the body. Reiki is known to assist
in naturally healing the body, mind, and spirit.
It can also stimulate the immune system, and assist
with lowering blood pressure and the release of tension.

BioEnergetic/EAV Assessment
EAV (Electroacupuncture according to Voll) testing was
developed by a German physician, Dr. Reinhard Voll.
This technique measures the electrical parameters of
energetic meridians. The client holds a brass hand mass
while the practitioner uses a brass tipped probe on
the EAV point. This allows a complete electrical circuit to occur.
The electrical voltage reading for a particular point reflects
the organ-meridian system's energetic level. A low reading
indicates a possible blockage or degeneration of the
organ-meridian system. A high reading indicates
inflammation. This tool is a wonderful way to access
the BioEnergetic levels in a client and to monitor a
clients progress with supplemental therapies.
Once a priority point is established, the next step
is to go into a balancing mode and energetically
test supplements, sensitvities, modalities, etc. for balance.
